Those pipes on the GTR are modded sled pipes, Polaris I think. I decided not to buy to JR pipes since they were too expensive. For that kind of money I can make my own which would fit the bike a whole lot better.Suzukidave wrote:Did you decide which way you are going with your chambers ?
I tried to optimize the exhaust using my software, but I can't get it to run on my new laptop and the support from the creator is terrible so at a moment I'm a bit at a standstill.
Also the guy I was hoping who would do my crank had a hartattack He survived and is doing well, but is taking it slow, so that means even more delays for me. Of course his health goes first, but my crank is a very close second

So, this has been a while...
As you might understand, the GT has been running for a while now and I've even got the FI working like a treat! I could write pages about what I've done, what worked and what didn't, but I won't, not because I don't want to share, but it's just too much These pictures are as it stands now:
I've actually had it on the dyno recently as well:
(sorry no chart yet!)
Which is a proper result if you ask me! It's a bone stock engine with a thick HG so there's lots left to gain, but for now I'm just enjoying it The green line is as it came in, the red line as it went out. The drop in power up top is due to fuel residue in the system, the runs were very short. The other lines are 50% and 30% throttle, just a check.
edit: photobucket seems to be broken or something, I cannot upload the dyno chart... But it's 54hp at the wheel
