TS400 build

Aloha! Ive always wanted a single cafe bike and stumbled on a 74 TS400for $200 
I went thru my crap and was going to put on Rgv250 suspension. The front will work but the rear banana swingarm is a bit too tall. Since I want to keep the twisted three spoke wheels Im lookin at early Gixxer or Bandit/katana wheel and swinger. I like the 93 aluminum gsxr swinger but I'll most likely need a 4'' or 4.5" wheel for chain clearance etc. (RGV front is 3" ) Does anyone know rim widths for various "twisted" 3 spoke wheels? Are bandit/katana wheels 4.5"? Do they fit on GSXR swingarms? (brake alignment?)
