Thanks guys, I appreciate the good words.
Couldn't help myself with the blue bling...
Those shocks made more difference in ride quality than I could begin to explain. Now if I could just get it to run better :D

OK, busted. Yeah, I was pretty impressed with Fang's checker job and thought I'd give it a try. Can't get anything past you guys!

John,

Remember me saying I had a set of those blue neons for one of my customs? Well I just discovered that if you reverse the polarity and connect them back to front, they don'ta worka no more.

If by a stroke of luck I am able to make it to the Gap this year this is the bike I will be bringing!
Hopefully I can make it thru the dragon without smashing it this time.

From the videos on U tube, it seems to me that there's a problem of excess Unstable Gravity at the Gap which can attack at any time.

A strange phenomenon that occurs predominantly at special places. There's an area at Grattan raceway that has the same sort of effect and bikes just get sucked down by the change in gravity field at the most unlikely moments.

Clearly it is related to the movement of large numbers of motorcycles at speed which upsets the natural gravitational pull resulting in gravitational spikes. Those spikes exceed the normal adhesion and so the bike is pushed to the ground.

At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Feel free to use that excuse and to explain it to anyone at the Gap - preferably after a few beverages.

What can I say, I think you're right. A dislocated shoulder, stitches in the knee. a concussion and seriously bruised pride...
I did manage to ride my gt185 thru the dragon the next day however!
