GT750 Exhaust Header Flanges

So the Strader 3-1 pipe I just bought uses the stock finned flanges to attach to the pots. I was thinking some non-finned flanges in stainless or billet aluminium would look nice. Does anyone know if there's anything like this available stock? Bolt center is 72mm and hole diameter is 53mm.

I just use the stock finned clamps on mine. Try the exhaust guys for an alternative. MEGS have flanges and so do some of the other auto pipe guys. Check Aircone as well and JEMCO use a similar flange/mounting plate and may be able to supply a set of three. You will have to explain to Jon Easton exactly which part you want.
I just measured a JEMCo exhaust flange and it looks like it will work, but you may need to add a collar/washer/spacer to the header.

Do the headers come away from the chamber? How will you be able to get the new clamps onto your headers?
We are in the process of building a 3-1, and we have had to fit the clamps first. They will never come off again, unless cut off !

Titan,
As you can see from that picture the header pipes are not welded into the collector. They are a slip fit and no springs clamps or welds. With a smear of gasket goo, the seal quite well, but.............
The best way is to use springs to hold headers to the collector which also allows for some flexibility in fitting which corrects any minor misalignment or manufacturing tolerances (pipes or barrels). The same at the barrels. Spring fitting to a stub exhaust flange would be a better idea, but increases manufacturing costs.
