The GT is running strong this weekend. Nine bikes with not the best air during Qualifying. Smokinjoe posted video and Bill Baxter is putting a link up on the Super Eliminator Forum

I got Doug Flannery in Round two...,

The same Doug Flannery that worked his magic on your bike and races a Bandit? Good luck. We need a suzuki in teh finals and you are the man to do that.

Yes....and only by the grace of God did I sneak by into the next round. Doug was on an H-2 dragbike. Got passed Seeley in the next round and met bob Boruta in the Finals. Boruta took the win with a margin of victory of .01 sec. Great weekend!

Warm moist air can't have been good for times but what sort of numbers did you manage this weekend?

What do we have to do to get you into the 9s for the record books in September? Do we need to slip a Nitrous bottle into the starter space or pour some nitro methane into your gas tank when no one is looking?

And how is that clutch working now?

That's the plan. I had better drag that dusty old bike out and see if it still runs.

How was your weekend Dave?

R, the ETs were not bad in such terrible air but they were grouped fairly close. Best was 10.12 sec. Although Joe ran a 10.09 during Testing on Friday. I did catch one 130+MPH but all the other tickets were 129+

I was hopeful that Busa was going to show. Maybe at the September race. We did have two new guys come... from TN and MI...both on stocker H-2's.

Next month will be even better. We are back at US131 Martin MI. Details are on the Super Eliminator link: http://www.supereliminator.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
