Wow.....how much fun is that !

I watched car racing at Lydden Hill a few years back, and there was a similar car beating everything round the tight little circuit. There were some big capacity muscle cars getting pasted by this thing. So when it came into the pit area, I went straight down for a closer look. Sure enough......bike engined ! Yamaha R1.

I've also seen a number of bike engined Caterhams at the Isle of Man.....they are awesome !

is it chain driven or is that a belt in there?

Pretty sure its chain drive , it just has a safety guard around it .. i bet that would help contain much of the chain lube that get thrown off also :up:
