1968 T500 Cobra mild custom with 72 GT550 front end. Wanted to keep the look of the Cobra with slightly better braking power.

Dave,
I'm beginning to think that I must have stolen all my T500 pictures off your server.
I'll what else I've gathered over the years.
So far my favorite is the red and white cafe belonging to James closely followed by the one in the GS rolling chassis.

They all look real nice from the mild to the wild but besides the Blue and white GS one the is a real high dollar custom the 2nd picture of the black with the red Suzuki emblems just looks so bad a$$

Where are all these custom tanks coming from?
Anyone have any ideas?
I know about the Evan Wilcox TR500 tanks that I can't afford, and I know about the Airtech Fiberglass Hustler/Titan tanks, but there are a LOT in these thread I've never seen before...

Thanks for Putting Mine up.That was the thrown together Version.More or less just got it together for the gap meet. Those 2 piece headlight ears are gone.I actually lost one riding thru the Gap.I did order some 1 Piece ears for it.I plan on doing a few more things to it Different Seat,Front Fender Instead of the Brace,Small Fairing,Possibly some different Chambers and Moo's reeds.

I may be working for My boss in the Fabrication Shop pretty soon.I already Asked the Main welder if he would do some welding on the cylinders for me if i brought them down to the shop and he said he would.

Hi to all the 500 fans ! Dave has already posted 2 of our bikes....the all alloy one with the TZ tank, was one we built quite quickly for a mate, but it came out rather well......and of course Tim's blue with alloy tank T500 which you have all probably seen before.
We also have a couple of others worth a mention...
Tim's brother Jon has a Sheene tribute in Texaco Heron colours that we did a couple of years back, and my old girl in blue and white, and owned by me since 78...
