1-off front disc, manufactured by ISR, to my dimensions.




6 weeks lead time quoted, delivered to my door in 8 days.

front end completed...........




fork legs swapped sides, new spindle, spacers and caliper mounting bracket made, ISR disc and 4-pot Brembo Goldline caliper attached. What's not to like?

The spoke pattern now matches front and rear.

and I think I have finally solved the problem of connecting the air box to the carbs - well one of them...........

Plumbing in the cooling system - everything RMZ is in the exact opposite place to where an RGV motor wants it to be!

Now I'm not a big fan of modern log burning appliances, but I do approve of their flexible exhaust tubing..................
