Looks nice. I like how you made it fit the standard rim. I bought an LED bulb instead for mine. But it isn't as cool as yours.

Came up with the solution via a bit of luck on the GT250 cafe project.
We wanted the look of a smaller headlight & my friend didn’t want “ugly” turn signals.
Thanks to the internet, I found these 5-3/4” headlights with built-in turn signals.
Thanks to SuzukiCycles.org pics + eBay part # searches + online parts diagrams, I found out that some Suzukis used 5-3/4” headlights that are held in place with clips.
Later while working in the garage I noticed that the headlights were about the same size.

J&P Cycles has a closeout sale on the LED headlight for $85 less 10%.
We used the headlight in the GT250 & GT380 cafe builds. We used the Primo Rivera headlight for the GT250. Primo Rivera went under & now BikeMaster makes the headlight. The GT380 has the BikeMaster headlight.
DimeCity has the headlight for $136. J&P Cycles’s closeout sale:

Am considering using Higgspeeds + a modified side stand on the GT550 cafe build. So I took another look at the GT380.
Here are lean angle comparison pics. The GT380 is leaning a smidgen to the left. Pipe touches down before the side stand. Looks like left & right lean angles are about the same.

Don't forget, the faster you corner + the heavier the rider(s), the earlier something touches mother earth
