Front brake installed. Consists of salty_monk’s adapter + a Kawasaki Ninja twin-piston caliper + EBC disk.

Interesting.

Stock, the GT250/GT380 have the small 276mm disks. You use the large 296mm disks with the salty_monk adapter + twin-piston caliper.

Stock, the GT500/GT550/GT750 have the large 296mm disks. What disks & adapters did you use?

Wiring done. Got a custom brake line from Spielger’s & the front brake is done.
There is light at the end of the tunnel — should have the bike running next week.

Was organizing my files. Am posting the rearset adapter drawings as they might be useful to others wanting to put rearsets on a T250/GT250/T350.
In addition to these adapters, we used some washers to get the frame mounting points to line up.

hi jab, i hate to rain on your parade [as you lot say], but the dimensions bolt hole to bolt hole can be up to 5mm different, dependent on what mood the crazy jap was when he welded the frame up. i made some [a bit curvier] for one of my frames, then had a change of heart and put standard footrests on it. next bike up, i decided to use the rearset brackets that fitted the first frame perfectly, and they didn't fit, the holes were miles [ok millimeters] out. checked the frame and it certainly wasn't bent. in the end i made some more to fit and saved the original pair. they wouldn't fit the next frame either, but they were a lot closer than #2 frame. you may be lucky, but unfortunately luck doesn't run with me, and find 2 the same. what i do now is make the outer shape, then centre pop where the holes should be, if they don't line up, centre pop where they do line up :D
cheers, dd.

Good point. The T250/GT250/T350 mufflers are one piece & have slightly oblong frame bolt holes to allow for some manufacturing variation.

No luck involved in my case — the dimensions were based on my measurements of our frame.
The adapters were made by a water jet per these drawings. It’s an easy part for them to make for whatever your actual dimensions are.

One should do as we did. Print out your bracket drawing scaled to be the actual part size. And test fit it:
