Everything ordered now just waiting for all the parts to arrive then send the crank to Bill Bune for rebuild and they are also going to bore the cylinders. I ended up having to get 2nd over Wossner pistons (71mm) as the 1st over aren't available at this time. Can't wait to move forward with this

Sending parts off to Bill Bune this week. Anyone know what clearance to run on the bores using the Wossner pistons?
Also any suggestions for a reasonably priced electronic rev counter?

Just getting parts together to send with my crankshaft for the rebuild and find that the right side oil seal that was sent to me is the wrong part :x It has the part number 09283-35002 hand written on the bag it is in but that's not what is in the bag. The seal they sent is only about 52mm dia and it should be about 62mm dia :(

For any of you that are interested while I have the engine out I took some pics of the mods I did for the swing arm pivot. I cut off all of the Suzuki mounting plates that house the swing arm pivot and footrest, also the frame tubes above that. I wanted to get the pivot as close to the counter sprocket center as possible.

I've just read through this from start to finish, including the original build thread. :)

There's some awesome work here, you should be very proud what you've achieved! The tank especially is super impressive.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new engine come together :)

Wow, I thought $45 to ship mine to him was bad- although mine was only going from Wisconsin to Minnesota. Probably could have driven them there in about 4 hours for the same price.

Hello Nice build.
I like your foot rests I have seen on your picture of the swing arm mods. Are they one off or would you have a link as to where I could buy those?

Thanks
