Post by weber »

Well since the bike is 97% done I think I can finally post up a before and after. One year of more fabrication work that I could have imagined a motorcycle to require!!

A lot of work there. Nice job.

A very nice bike. What fairing are you using and does it go completely under the pipes?

Cheers Geoff

Airtech stuff, with Jemco pipes. it's very very close, the header had to be modified to fit. A little heat shielding here and a couple inches of pipe wrap there.

Neat and clean. Hope it runs as well as it looks.

I've never ridden a stock T500 as this had K&N's and ocelot chambers when I bought it but I think I have the jetting dialed in, and I think it runs well. An Ivan's kit is definitely on the list!!

The powder coat on the frame is 2 stage Light Illusion blue lots of blue flake! Really looks good in the sun, the body work paint is a bit darker custom mix.
