AC50R "replica"

Post by RJRamso »

A few years ago I stubled over an ad for a 1971 Suzuki AC50R. It's hard to find info about where and if it was sold etc. Anyways. It looks like a cool mix of AS50 and the early AC50.
So with a seat and fueltank from a AS50 in spare and a frame from a AC50, I wanted to build one.
Here are some progress pictures.

Just thought you might like to see my little AS50.
Dead original and a runner but needs plenty of resto!
(I wonder if I'll ever get around to it!)
I assume the AS50 was the earlier version of your AC50R. They're a bit cute eh?

That's a cool bike you've got! Fun to see one that's not overly restored ;)
The AS50 is most likely the most saught after Suzuki mopeds in Norway. Real fun bikes!
Another picture from today/night ;)
