Beautiful build using a GT750 engine. It appears every bike you have is incredibly well built and thought out.
I love the 750 Kat also....and I think I saw a RS250 MK1 in your garage as well...

Hello Busa,
where the hell did you spot my RS250? There is no picture in this thread showing it, but you are right, I have one, a Loris Reggiani replica.

Latest Update - looking forward to 2 weeks of holidays!

Picked up the frame and swing arm from the painters. Upper engine case, barrels and cylinder head were painted in Silver-grey as well.

Final assembly can begin!

That looks awesome, so much of that frame looks like nothing I've seen on a bike before! I look forward to seeing more progress!

I am making good progress during my X-mas holidays. Have a rolling chassis now, rear brake already working, starting with wiring soon.

Had a triple clamp CNC machined, and mounted my GT750 tacho with customized Bimota face:

Today I rolled my "Trimota" out of the garage to check riding position etc. For that reason I mounted the left of my detachable engine subframes so that I have a sidestand. These parts are coated black so that they are kind of invisible once the bike is assembled, I want to retain the classical Bimota look which used the engine as a stressed member and had no subframe.
Also powered up my small KOSO Instrument in the triple clamp with OLED display.

Since my battery will be fully visible in the open chassis, I put the LiFePo battery into the housing of a normal Lead Acid battery to imitate the classic technology look. You can see the white wires for the balancer coming out of the battery box.

The "FIAMM" Logo is a decal I had made - I think its an Italian brand which fits better to a BIMOTA than a japanese brand like YUASA

Hi Wolfgangh , i will respond to your question on Garrys topic here  yes , i cut the stock flanges off a set of junk stock GT 750 pipes and my Son welded the stock flange sections to down pipe sections i purchased from Jemco ( i emailed Jemco and he was willing to sell me just the headpipe sections for like $45.00 ) i then used a die grinder on the inside to smooth the two sections so they flowed smoothly together . The Jemco down pipe sections are not tapered like what would be best performance but the small space i had to get the pipes behind the front wheel under full compression dictated they hug the front of the engine close .
the older i get the faster i was
