GT750M - Brake Line Cushions question

GT750M - Brake Line Cushions question
The two 'cushions' that surround the front brake lines where they pass through the fender brackets appear to be different sizes on each side on both my bikes. Is this correct or should they both be the same size? There's only one part # for it (# 25 in this pic, part # 09320-14003).
