here is the points cover i made for my GT 750 out of solid alum. then nickel plated it

The cover looks great, is there a reason you did not use the Suzuki font

just pick one out on surf-cam software just to see what it would look like and a 1/8 end mill was as small as i wanted to use for time sake

Ok sounds fair enough, would you be willing to make covers with the recess for the Suzuki decal, and if so have you got a cost in mind.
