She's beautiful! It truly is amazing how you guys bring life back to these old bikes. I swear I can see a smile and the glee on her "face". (Okay, so maybe I've watched "Cars" once to many times).

Great job, Ian. You
are a perfectionist and it certainly shows in those shots.

Thank you - she is a beauty eh ?

Thanks - I finished this in late October and shot most of the photos just before the snow settled in - still have to do a test drive, although it starts 'on the button' and sounds great ! My winter project is a 1977 GT500 - just starting to put the engine together now. We only have three seasons up here - July, August and Winter - so lots of time for projects

Many thanks Rick - more of a pragmatist than a perfectionist I think, but I am still learning and you have been a great help - appreciated !

Its a water based paint like they all are now and I find that the colour seems to change a lot depending on the light, but it is a pretty good match for the original - I did the panel beating on the tank , bucket and ears. Can't talk about the price in case SWMBO'd happens to read this, other than to say the chrome cost more

You can email me for details if you'd like

It takes a brave man to look at that hunk of junk and turn it into that gleaming beautiful bike! I bow down in awe!

I wish I lived close to you. Inspiration, advice, and maybe a bribe or two to help get my GT500 redone. Great work!!!
