GT500: How to clean pilot jet?

I am finding it difficult to clean one of pilot jet.
I tried soaking in vinegar for few hours and clean with toothbrush.
This cleaned most of the holes, but not all the holes are free of dirt/debris/hardned dirt.

Side holes are clean, but not able to clean the hole which goes from screw end to the end of pilot jet.
I mean the hole which goes through the pilot jet vertically is still clogged.

Also, I tried to poke this hole with smallest needle I could find in drawer, but still clogged.

I do not have access to a compressor.

Appreciate any help.

You can try it with small drills, such as those used to drill electronic circuit boards. (e.g. 0,3mm)

But I would rather suggest simple to use new jets, because vigorous cleaning or drilling is likely to change the nozzle size.

Some use a single strand of wire from an 18 gauge stranded copper wire for the tiny passage ways and if you get to the point of being able to use classical guitar strings on other parts use that if you have to.

Take it easy .........you don't want to become one of those nortorious 'previous owners'.

Clean? Genuine Mikuni pilot jets are about $6/pair new.

If they are dirty enough that you have to find a way to clean them, why screw around?
