You can't fully change a speedo from MPH to KMH or vice versa, simply because the internal gear ratios driving the odometer and trip meter mechanism are different between the two types of gauge.
In other words, its possible to change the face to read in KMH on an MPH gauge, but then the odo and trip reels will still read in miles, simply because of the specific internal toothed gears thats turning them.
Two strokes, its just that simple.
