TC250 back on the road

Post by aarron »

I picked up this low-mile '67 TC250 at the end of last August. It had been sitting for a while and needed crank seals, paint, normal stuff, but the chrome was decent. I just got it back on the road last weekend after new seals, repainting the tank, fenders and covers and am having an absolute ball with it. This is my 4th X6, but 1st TC250. It's been well over 30 years since I rode an X6, and I don't think I need to tell anyone here how good that feels. So glad I found this site as a resource! Getting news tires this week to replace the cracked Dunlops and can't wait for the weekend and spring weather.

Very nice. That kickstart is a work of art!
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Very nice. I can store it....and ride it for you.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........
