1977 GT750

Post by oldjapanesebikes »

Had it out for a test ride around the block last night - all felt fine. There are a few 'finishing' touches still to be done (seat trim, reflectors, labels etc.), but I'm happy with how it has turned out. Just need to get a plate for it - may get in a few rides before the snow ! 8)

Well it looks fantastic! Nice work.

Lane
If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........

Thanks Cliff - yours is actually in better shape than mine was before I started ! A bit of compound, some polish and yours should buff up just fine !

And thank you to others who commented - with a bit of luck, I may be able to get a few more miles on it before the snow flies, and then it will be up for sale next summer. I have already started the next rebuild - a 1972 J. It's a hobby .......... 8)

Not that many actually - about 6 in total, but not all were GT750's. We have long winters up here ... 8)
