GT380 Front Rim

Post by grumpy56 »

Front Rims - What is the difference between the front rim on a 72 J model (P/N 55311-33020) and the later ones with disc brakes (P/N 55311-33600)? Also, I have two rims which I believe are both from the 72 drum make version. They have a "2A" and "3L" included at the part marking. I have pics but don't know how to attach them to this forum. Thank you.

Spoke angles would be different. 72/J angles are for a drum & 73-77/K-B are for a hub.

Post pics to an image sharing website. I use Flickr, which is free & easy to use.
Then include links to those pics in your posts here.
