Hello
Could any members recommend where I could obtain some grey coloured cables for my T250R I purchased some from Paul Miller Motor sports in the states but they are poor quality the clutch cable is to short there is no adjustment left once the cable has been fitted and I have had problems with one of the throttle cables.
I know I can buy genuine Suzuki cables but they are now black and I was wanting to keep the bike a original as possible.
Thanks in advance
Paul

Re: Grey Cables
Aside from finding grey cable housing and making your own (not really practical without special tools), have you ever considered buying new OEM that is black but correct in every other way and having it dyed grey I know that dying vinyl is a common practice for automotive enthusiasts, etc.
I never thought about refurbishing existing cable housing and/or dying new OEM until I ran across the first company I listed below. I have no personal experience with this company or others listed here. Scroll down to bottom of page on the first one listed. Perhaps there are companies in the UK that also offer these type services or other companies that can make you some custom made cables with the grey housing, even if you have to supply the grey housing and various parts.
I'm not suggesting you use any of the companies here in the States......like I said, just thinking that there are probably companies on your side of the big pond that offer the same services and parts.

Just an example....can't speak to the quality....https://www.mopeddivision.com/oem-grey- ... ycle-size/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" I noticed at least two different sizes housing. Scroll down.

Re: Grey Cables
Look in the classic bike mags. Lots of UK companies doing cables of all colours. Classic MCM is very good.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Re: Grey Cables
Another option is grey heat-shrink sleeking shrunk over the top of the OEM part and trimmed up. Tends to be a matte grey though OEM PVC has a bit of gloss to it.
