Spark Plugs and Unleaded Fuel

Over the years I have accumulated spark plugs that look OK but just refuse to spark in the bike. However, since getting the 350 back on the road in the era of unleaded fuel the old spark plugs - mostly B77HC - have been recycled through the bike and they seem to work just fine.

It would appear the absence of lead is not only good for our health but for the life of spark plugs.

I agree. On my 72 Kawasaki H1B I have yet to fouled a plug.
In 15.000 miles I have put on the bike I have only used 2 sets of plugs..Not bad for a 2 stroke.
