Street legal TR750 replica?

Hello!

I'm finishing my current roadracing project, so I am looking at new horizons. I'd like to build something like this, but with less exotica, though major parts would have to be the same.

Anyone know of frame kits for the Tr750 in Europe?
Know any streetlegal bikes using this frame in the EU? That is crucial to registering it legally without providing a ton of tests.
