Suzuki 2 Strokes

I recently powder coated my GAS CAP and before taking it apart looked for an image without luck. So here is one when I took the lock mechanism apart. Also, the spring loaded assembly comes out too. I don't have a picture but with a flat screw driver you can pry it out, it is not welded in.

Good one ! Thanks ! Similar photos have been posted on this board previously, as well as on my own web site, but its always good to have a new one ! All the larger early to mid 1970' Suzuki's had very similar fuel caps. One of the things that some enterprising person will need to take on at some point is to reproduce the small boss plastic release rings for those that care about these things, as sun light damage is steadily taking its toll.
