Hey guys I am assembling the wiring on my gt380 and I know there are tons of wiring diagrams but I would like to find pictures of someone elses wiring job. Pretty much not sure where the blinker relay goes on the panel?
The other two issues im running in is 1) how do the throttle cables go on? and 2) I just got the master cylinder rebuilt and pumps but with the line on it builds pressure and does not pump to the end so I assume replacing the line??

Hi, the blinker relay sits just below the battery box and above the gearbox, it has a rubber strap.
The throttle cable junction box (if you've got the later type of carbs) sits above the ignition coils.
Before you replace the brake line, pinch your fingers over the end of the banjo bolt to cover the holes, then pump the lever gently. Sometimes you need a bit of resistance for the cylinder to 'pump' against. Be careful though, when / if the fluid does come through it MIGHT squirt at you, or on the paintwork. Personally, I cover the fuel tank in clear plastic food wrap while doing anything with brake fluid

Hi apoole6,
As Craig says it's on the front face of the battery box on the left hand side. More behind the electrical panel rather than on it.
Here's a picture of mine...
On the left of the photo you can see the lower edge of the chrome cover and the carburettor intake hose, then the intake 'snorkle'. Just to the right of that you can see the bottom of the battery (yellow) and below that the flasher relay.
A genuine Suzuki one will have the required rubber mounting strap and is held by a 6mm bolt.
It's not easy to see and a little fiddly to fit if you've got every thing else in place, hope this helps.

haha awesome! I actually put it on right:D Ya I took the hose apart (the top) and it still isn't pumping out.

If it still isn't pumping with the line removed, then try putting your thumb over where the line attaches and then work the lever to build pressure -- watch out for splashes! If that doesn't work, there must be a problem somewhere ....

they can be a bugger to bleed. Sometimes it is worth using a reverse bleed. Forcing fluid back up from the caliper end to the master cylinder. Using a syringe or better still using an eazi-bleed
