J repro points covers

Post by Suzsmokeyallan »

I had a conversation with Shaun from the UK about some stamped lettering points covers hes having made, they are really good repros and look 99% perfect.
Anyone interested can contact him at buffalo738.smokin@virgin.net for photos, price and availability.

Interesting Allan. You know, I'd be more interested in a source for mirrors with the 'S'. Do you know of anyone doing those ?

Sorry Ian no source for those yet,,, but some 'other' things are waiting in the wings soon to be released, so watch this space...
I've seen Shauns points covers and they are GOOD, probably too good as the work is a modern design so the errors are minimal, especially in the pressing of the emblem.
Ok here you go, look at this level of workmanship::

Hello Fred...

This was his quote to me about 3 weeks ago. He has had a second batch made since then. I'll cut and paste from his email to me:

Hi Tim,

Many thanks for your enquiry.
Photos attached to this mail.

Normally these covers have a price of £100 but a 10% discount is available. So £90 plus P+P.
I am not sure of your location so cannot advise postage cost? Please advise and I will confirm postage cost.

Fred,

It's good to finally have the Buffalo King on the board. Welcome.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........

Thanks Lane.
Hopefully my two bits worth may help along the way.
The thing that keeps me motivated in this hobby of ours, is the
sheer volume of interesting, great people I have come in contact with.
This forum seems to be alive with just that type. Cheers.

Suzuki GT750 J Model Points Covers

Post by buffalosmoke »

Hi all,

Postage costs for 1 J model Points cover to USA or Canada is £11.50 Signed For and insured.
It would be the same to other non European countries.
To most European countries cost would be £9.50 Signed For and insured.
Cost of item is £90.
Many thanks for all of the interest in this product. I've had very good feedback from very satisfied customers.
The second, and possibly the last batch, arrives this week. 1st batch sold out,

Best Regards
Shaun
