question

I got this from a customer.
I explained to as far as I know the indicators do not go through the rear mount,
but if you wish you can its up to you so the answer is yes or no.

Morning
I have a suzuki ggt 550 A 1976 the grab rail is missing.
I believe the indecators fit through a round sleeve then the rail hooks behind the shocks yes/no ?

ok what I meant was do these 550 have indicators mounted to the grab rail?
or were they different depending what country they're going to?
If I wanted to make a life-long career out of
working with the mentally retarded I would
have opened a Harley Davidson Dealership

John, we in North America got our 550A's WITHOUT a grab rail. Instead we got a small grab HANDLE fitted to the left shock mount and a hole in the rear frame rail.
Our signals were mounted to a small sub-bracket, IIRC, that then bolted to the frame. Unfortunately I'm not anywhere near my bike right now so can't take any pics for you.....and I'm not anywhere near my computer, either, so can't email you any pics for a closeup view.
You may want to look at some of the pics I sent you when we were discussing the parcel rack dimensions 3 or 4 years ago.....if you still have those pics.
