TS250 Pilot Air Screw Setting

Post by barber1303 »

Does anyone know the factory setting of the pilot air screw for a 1973 TS250? I have a manual, but it seems to be a combined manual with the later years that were emissions controlled and just says that the air screw was set at the factory.

Thanks in advance!

Most air screws were set at one and a half turns out from fully seated, this is of course for a stock engine setup. Use this setting as a reference then fine tune in either direction accordingly.
Two strokes, its just that simple.
