Hi all. Great forum.
Can anyone tell me about the two drain plugs on the rear of the engine case? Is one for the gearbox side and the other for the clutch? Do both sides get filled through the same opening? No real mention of this in the service manual. Also would I be good running Mobil 10w-40 4T syn in the gearbox? The bike has been run regularly over the last year and is low mileage (5200).
Thanks!

Any suggestions on oil?

Oil discussions are like asking nine accountants for tax advice - you'll get ten different answers
My own 2¢ worth ? Any decent 10x40 oil intended for wet clutch applications will work - I used a 4 stroke motorcycle oil I got at my local auto shop on mine and it was fine. I'm sure others will jump in with additional suggestions
