Could anyone recommend where I could purchase some black heat shrink for the handlebar switches wiring?

hi mate, if i'm in a hurry i nip round the corner to vehicle wiring products on manners ind. est. but failing that, there's tons on ebay :D

GTS250 road registered. TS250 engine, Ramair frame.
GT250 big bang road registered. Both pistons fire the same time. USD forks.
GT285 road registered. Overbored - 58mm and TS125 +2 pistons fitted.
GT10 road registered. '65 T10 engine, GT250 frame.

Maplins. As we don't know what area you live, we dunno if there's one near you.

I've used these guys before. They are quite efficient in my experience.

If you are talking about the sheathing covering the wires from the switches to the headlight bowl, thats not heat shrink.
Two strokes, its just that simple.
