Suzuki 2 Strokes

It's been run dry, I put injector oil in the tank, bled it to the inlet banjo. Took out the plugs, kicked a while, nothing coming out the lines. Took off the outlet banjos, flilled the holes with oil, opened up the brass plug in front, injector oil ran out. kicked it over a bunch but can't get oil to flow out the top of the outlet banjo openings. Held the throttle connection open, still nothing. Suggestions?

You'll be kicking your leg off to try to get the pump to force the oil into the lines. There is something like a 30:1 reduction ratio on the pump drive as opposed to engine speed. Fill the gas tank with a 32:1
gasoline/premix oil mix, start the bike and hold the pump lever wide open. Run the engine at about 1200-1500 RPM. Watch for oil moving in the output lines. If the pump is working properly, you'll see the injection oil moving into the lines within 30 seconds or less.
When the injection lines are full and the injector oil has reached the engine banjo bolts, start watching your exhausts. When the exhausts get REALLY smoky, shut off the engine, swap out the premix in the tank for straight gas and then take it for a 30 minute ride to get rid of the excess oil. Do NOT ride around your own neighbourhood while doing this......if you want to stay on good terms with your neighbours. You might want to carry a spare set of plugs for this shakedown ride......just in case.

here is another way that you can do ,with out mixing petrol/oil/
undo the bandjo bolts going into the engine.
force two stroke oil down each hole,say roughly a cap full.
re fit the banjo bolts and do as Rich said.

if you take the oil pump off and use a drill with a flat tip screwdriver bit you can get it to pump. This is how i bleed mine was very easy and confirmed its operation.

also taking your left side timing cover off and using an socket on a drill you can spin the motor over. make sure you are going the right way and hold the oil pump lever wide open

Might also consider using a flavor injector. Its a big hypodermic needle used to inject flavoring in meats. Should be able to get a suitable one at a cooking store for something like $10.

Could remove the banjo bolts at the oil pump & fill up the lines with using the injector. Just take the needle off of the injector.

Thanks for all the responses. I like the flavor injector, espically since I am a emt/firefighter and they are free. I belong to a number of different forums since I have 7 bikes and you guys have been great.
