Hey Dofin!
I noticed in your 'breakfast' ride you have a windscreen on your GT. I would like to get one for my GT500. Who made, what model, etc. is yours and what are the good, bad stuff with it? My first attempt to upload pictures, although successful, was not the best. I am sure you noticed how LARGE they were.... I know it doesn't look pretty, but for $1000 and running, it's not too bad after all. Paint, polishing, re-chroming is in it's future. Right now I want to RIDE, not work on it. If I had another bike to ride, I would work on it more instead. I have my eye on a '70 something BMW that would take a frame off restore......

fairing
Hey guy, I ordered it from JC Whitney. I think it was about $160 on sale. It isnt a great fit, issues with clamps on the lower forks and a tight fit for the clamps on the handle bars. Take time to get the mounts postioned and the fairing is very good, pretty much keeps the wind, cold and rain off your upper body. Be sure to get the one with the longer lowers.

Not my Helo we pull it in on a removable tow bar with wheels that mount to the landing skids. They share the hanger I run my busness out of.

helicopter
I also bet your new 'handle' here means gyro-copter flight instructor?
Thanks for the info on the windscreen. I will get one soon. It doesn't stay as cold here, but cool enough, that a windscreen would help a lot to keep riding!!!!!

bugs
It is good for keeping the BUGs off, deflecting rocks, and of course rain. You wont get as tired over a longish cruise.
