Mark, Richard TZ375 has a needle bearing conversion worth looking into, thats much better than any bushing for sure.

If you want to go with the bronze bushings, Parts N More has 'em.
Most back street shops can get them for you. Zook-e at Sundial maybe even has a set in stock if you PM him.

Check with oldjapanesebikes for a conversion primer, he has a great tutorial on the needle bearings.

Lots of options - there is the needle bearing conversion Richard developed - all I did was write about it and install it on one bike, the
UK Kettle Club still sells a pair of bronze ones with the driver to install them - just drop them am email if that is the way you want to go. Expensive though. Of course you can just re-install the original fibre style which are still available from your friendly Suzuki dealer for about $9 each side

I did the needle bearing conversion and while I haven't road tested it yet it appears to be a good, easy mod. It's got to be better than the fiber bushings.

UPDATE:
I spoke to my supplier of the bronze swingarm bushings today and he has NINE...count 'em....NINE sets in stock. These fit a variety of old Suzis including the Buffalo and the 550 amongst others.
Sooooo.....if anyone is stuck for a set just PM me and I'll get 'em for you. I think the retail is something like $65.00 per set (no taxes applicable at my end if you're an outside-of-Canada customer).....plus postage of course....which wouldn't be too terribly much to the US for something that small. Heck, it probably wouldn't be that expensive to the UK, even.

Hey Mark. Oilite (sintered bronze) is a good choice. Wayyyy better than plain bronze. Another good choice would be nylatron (oil impregnated nylon). That stuff NEVER wears out, and it machines great with old school high speed steel tooling. Never another worry about lube.
Machine it dry (no coolant) to about +.003 both ID and OD. Assemble it and forget it!.
