GT750 wheels and brake upgrades

I have seen photos of Gt 750,s with different wheels and brakes, which types can be easily retrofitted.
Would you use the whole front end from another model.?
I find that the engine on the 750 is too powerful for the brakes and suspension.

I guess one has to define "easily retrofitted"...

You can fit up a caliper from an EX500 or an entire front end from a GSXR. Both require a bit of fabrication, but neither are particularly difficult.
