leaky fork seal - GT750 L

Hi,
I've got the old 750 dialed in pretty good now. I still have one leaky front fork seal. I've replaced the seal several times, but to no avail. It's gotten to the point where I'd like to just do something to end this leaking once and for all. I've tried replacing the fork, but I don't think the fork was any better and just ended up leaking too. What's the best way to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Ron

If the stanchion tube is bad its best to replace it. If stock is your plan then look for an NOS one on places like ebay or buy a set from Franks forks.

Could be you are installing the seal upside down. Seals look like they have a starter diameter, but that is not the case. I made that very mistake on the buffalo I had.

Coyote,
I think you're right. I remember thinking starter diameter. I'll give it a try. Thanks.
