One of my almost finished project  is a 500 Yankee: The engine is finished with all the good parts in there from every other bike in the Osaa family and it should be a screamer...

I have a spare basket case one and was thinking of maybe putting a T500 engine in there... any comments?

My second question is born from a French guy' realisation: he installed water cooled Rotax cylinders on a Yankee engine... has anyone done the same with a T500???

Can't find a picture of the finished bike but it is based on the Spanish Yankee like the ones he has:

I think you are a little wrong, don't you think it was air cylinders ?

About this page , there are some words about the 500V2 BIMOTA, instead what there is writing, very good moto, easy to ride and very power full at all rpm... I just run in the same time at Alès 3 weeks ago...see this race track

Dino, I think something was lost in translation. The Yankee was indeed two Ossa air cooled top ends, but this one has been converted to take modified water cooled, case reed/disc valve ROTAX top ends.

I have also ridden a VDue and it was an interesting motorcycle.
