Classic Japanese Bike Show - NZ

Thought I'd post a few pics from the show that my classic bike group has just held. Despite the recent 7.1 earthquake, we decided to go ahead and it went off succesfully. We set up the bikes on Friday night and went home pleased with ourselves - only to have a 4.6 aftershock rumble through at 10.30pm
The first thoughts were of a huge domino effect of bike knocking bike etc. Luckily they withstood the shake and nothing moved at all (Where does the manual on bike shows talk about bloody earthquakes
?
The show was small by UK standards, with 85 bikes entered. However, we were impressed with quality and range of bikes we attracted. This was the second show we have organised and it seemed to strike a positive chord with bikers from all walks of life. The proceeds are going to the local ambulance service - we are hoping that will ensure priority service for our members if ever needed
The final 6 shots are of the category winners, with the Z1 taking Best In Show.
