The GT380 was built by a Brit named Tony that posts on the caferacer.net board. He said the wheels are:
"I think the wheels are C.M.A , a 1970's aftermarket wheel."
he also provided details on the forks:
"forks are non standard 380 iitems, they are off a gsx550e"

I'm already making mods to the GT380. I love the bike, but I'm craving a little more power, especially on long interstate hauls. Riding the small bike gets a bit exhausting. See pics below to see what I've done so far, still considering rearsets, 3-into-3 exhaust, set on more minimal gauge cluster and new rear shocks. This winter, planning to completely redo the wiring and shine everything up proper.
