Finally recovered the GT380's seat.

Pretty easy job, actually. I purchased a marine-grade vinyl cover from a seller on eBay that seems to have a business making covers for various bikes. Took about an hour to complete.

Anybody know where I can get these little doohickies? I can't put the chrome trim back on until I get eight of them; they got bunged up when I pulled them off.
