Candy Gypsy Red 1975 GT-750M. No leaks (thanks Ian!) and runs awesome. Do not have the electronic ignition on her yet. Still waiting for paperwork to get a plate on her. Rode her 5 miles yesterday and what a difference over the old 1975 GT-500 Titan.
Red is pretty "orangey", but it is what it is! Does it look close to anybody?

Looks real close to the red my 76 550. By the way, nice polish job on the whole bike.

It looks great, but I'd repaint the radiator grill. Put it back to silver/gray. Nice looking bike, though!

Nice bike...I've been thinking about getting a 750 for a while and was curious how different the ride is from the 500. Does it feel like a lot more power or what are the differences in the ride? BTW...agree with Lane on the radiator color...would improve the look even more if painted the stock color.

I agree, red on the radiator looks like doo doo. Back to silver/grey. Bike is so much faster and smoother than a GT-500 it is hard to describe!! 70 HP vice 36 HP. Just roll on the "wick" and hold on!! But the smoothness is what is so noticeable. Like velvet and butter!!

Rob, I wouldn't worry about if the colour is "correct" or not. How many original red bikes are out there in your area to make yours look "incorrect" in a side by side comparison ?? I'd be guessing NONE !!!
Besides, red is the WORST colour to reproduce in camaras and on computers, never mind over the internet. What may look like an exact match on my computer would look orangey on the next guy's computer.
If you're happy with the colour then don't sweat it. Nice looking paint job all 'round......except for the rad grill.
