Suzuki 2 Strokes

a passel of service manuals from a local big box dealer who was clearing out his service department library. The 200 pounds of paper consisted of Suzuki and Big K and a LOT of brand y stuff (naturally enough ) but there WERE about 50 pounds of quad, watercraft and generator!! manuals.
However, hidden in amongst all the 80's and 90's stuff was a genuine Suzuki
"Carburetor And Carburetion" service manual printed in September, 1974.
It's pretty generic and actually includes carb info for outboards as well as cages. It's pretty much useless when compared to the real Mikuni tuning manual but it IS a piece of Suzuki history that will go into my library.
Reading through it, I came on some little gems such as the "homo-pressure" carbs as used on the "T200, T250-2, T250R, T500, T500-2, T500-3 and T500R".
As well, there is reference made to a bike that Allan has referred to in the past but I'd never seen or heard of......the "T125-2 (down muffler)" model.
It's nice to know that he wasn't having us on all this time.
As a side note, the T90 also came in both muffler configurations, according to this manual.
All in all, an interesting trip down memory lane.
