Suzuki 2 Strokes

i am reinstalling the carbs on my 73 buffalo and the right hand carb is openig way before the other two and i have taken all the acustment out of the cable at the carb top and twistgrip but it is not clossing with the trist grip at rest.
the other two rise together at about 1/8 turn on the grip.
any help is always appreciated.

The nipple is out of place either at the splitter or in the slide. Start at the crab and if it's sitting in the slot correctly, pull the splitter apart and see what's up. The other possibility is that the cable outer conduit is not sitting in the splitter correctly.

I had an H2 with the same problem.It just seemed as if one of the wire cables stretched beyond what the adjuster on top of the carb could take up. What I ended up doing was to remove the silver cable end at the carb side and carefully remove some of the black sheath on the two shorter cables that were pulling first to make the wire stick out a bit more until the throttle lifted the slides all at the same time. I hope I explained this understandably.If not PM me your phone and I'll call you to explain. It worked great for me until I revamped the bike overall and installed a new throttle cable. Then it was fine so I assume the old one had stretched a bit.

with your problem just do the opposite. Trim the cable a tad till it lets the slide drop fully,put the silver cable end back on and bobs your uncle. Just remove sheath in small increments or you'll feel like the three stooges sawing off a chair leg to level it. too much and you have to start trimming the others.

PS; All I used to trim the sheath was a single edge razor blade. Slow and careful,just cut around the perimiter then slit the nub to remove it,nothing fancy.

Sometimes the cable end will slip out in the junction box, or slip out the back of the junction box, check that before cutting anything.........
