The o-ring originally was 09280-12002 and is now 09280-12012. There is also a gasket that fits under the water by-pass which is 09168-14004. Both are still available from Suzuki - 09168-14004 is $0.80 and 09280-12012 is $2.39 (from Dillons - other dealers will likely have different prices)

many thanks

I mean i understand you had asked for the part number, but then why so many numbers?? (I'm sorry but am totally ignorant about this stuff)....

Christina, most ALL Suzuki part numbers are 10 digit with a dash in the middle. Occasionally you run across one that is 13 like xxxxx-xxxxx-xxx.

Christina - further to Coyote's reply, I wrote a bit about Suzuki's parts numbering system here. Hope that helps a bit. 8)
