can anyone tell me the sizes of the two cylinder studs that have the boss at the base were they screw into the top crankcase,
the studs i removed are so corroded i cant tell what size they were.
its the boss size i need, ie diameter and length of boss.
if anyone has a couple of spares i would gladly pay to avoid the extra hassle.
otherwise i will make small sleeves to press onto the straight ones i am making.
thanks mark.

I'm planning to replace all mine with a set from ARP with rolled threads and I'll use a couple of dowel pins/spacer sleeves to locate the barrels.

Mark.
The factory studs are rolled threads, as Richard has alighted to, Most likely for a reason. Cut threads are more likely to fail under all the vibration and operating stresses they are subjected to. I think I may have a set of those, not pristine, but very serviceable. If you still need, I will send. Cheers.
