OK, does anyone know where I can get a disc master cylinder kit? Mine still works, but is 'pumping up' each time I use it. It takes a minute or so for it to bleed down so it will work correctly once before it 'pumps up' again. I have already bled it with fresh fluid last year, I figure some junk came loose and has partially stopped up the internal bleed holes. Thanks in advance.

Have you pulled your calipers recently, cleaned the gunk from round the pucks and piston and then exercised the caliper piston(by extending and comprssing the piston)? While compressed clean the cylinder with break fluid.
Also I found the rod that exits the master cylinder and is pressed by the hand brake lever would build up some gunk on the outside and not let the rod return after being pressed into the master cylinder. Clean and lubricate the area where the rod exits the Master cylinder.
My brakes were doing the same thing. Ya gotta service these old brakes every year or so or they get sticky? My RD is even more of a pain than the Suzuki. Even when the thing was new I had to go through the brakes every year or so or the darn things would start locking up.
as a preventive measure I open the master cylinder and suck out the old fluid from the resivour then refill every few months or when the fluid isnt clear any more. Its easy and seems to help keep the moisture out of the system????
