I found the seals for sale on ebay but how do i got about getting the old one out and replacing it? after a quick look at it and pictures of the seals can I get it out with a set of picks and push the new one in? thanks alot in advance guys

Usually you drill two small holes opposite each other in the middle of the seals face and screw in two self tapping screws. Then you hold onto the heads with a pliers and pull the seal out.
You do not want to dig at it because you can score the shifter shaft or damage the aluminum housing it is pressed into on the cases.

ok thanks, can the new one just be pressed into place? is the procedure the same for all the seals on that side of the case? It might be the kick, clutch rod or drive shaft im not 100% sure, thanks for the quick reply!

Yes the removal process will work for most case seals but you need to be careful when doing this and keep the drill away from anything other than the seals face.
To install a new seal you'll need to push it in square, so find a suitable item to span the seals face diameter and a bit of the surrounding part of the case flange so it goes up to it flush when installed and not beyond the case housing.
Various pvc pipe fittings or thick walled pvc tubing is useful for making different sizes of seal installation devices.

well i dug in this morning and found that i believe its my clutch shaft seal. it basically fell out in my hands. the seal looks good it just falls in an out? is there something that holds it in place?? it doesnt look like it but i feel like there should be something, anything. theres not even a ridge the rubber sits behind. will a new one be bigger and fit more snug? thanks again you guys are great

Yes, best to replace all 4 seals instead of one at a time, probably under 20 dollars.

Thanks again for the quick responses. I thought about doing all 4 but the others are in good shape and the seals I found are 11 a peice so I am going to do the shaft seal for now. thanks again guys
