GT750J brake cables

As some of you are probably awaits , front brake cables for the 4LS front brake are as rare as rocking horse s..t.
I have found a company locally that can make me a set if I give them the relevant dimensions.
If someone has one of these cables, and is prepared to take 10 mins out of there schedule and measure it up, I would be very grateful.
What I need is
1) overall length of outer cable, and the diameter of ferrule on either end
2) length of inner cable from bottom of ball at top end to start of the adjuster rod at bottom end
3) diameter of ball at top end
4)length and diameter of adjuster rod
5) diameter of wire
Once I can get a set of cables, I can then install brake on front end of my T500
