Hi peeps, would there be any interrest in new sris rubber gromments, I am considering investing in having 1000 manufactured.( for the first run.)

the cost at the moment would be round about £10. each plus p&p.
these are for a gt550k, I am unsure if these would fit anything else.
ps: if any one has a good'ish 380, or late 70's 550 sris gromment to send me, foc. ( free of charge)
please get in-touch.
I have tried to finding part numbers for some gt's, with no luck, to comfirm if they are thesame or different.

Bearing in mind that there are two per engine and I'm not sure there are that many early engines being refurbed, I suspect there would be limited interest at that price, and it would be a helluvan outlay.
Of course, I've bee mistaken in the past, as in 2 divorces!
I'll check the part numbers because I suspect that the SRIS grommets are common to all 550 engines anyway.
Recirc is recirc......
Part numbers here - https://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm - if you don't have a full set of Suzuki parts books.

Used in all years of the GT380 & GT550. Part # 09309-05003
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/suzuk ... 0/oil-pump

Both were in good condition when we rebuilt the motor for the 72 GT550 cafe build a few years ago.
One of the few rubber parts that we reused.

thanks guys for your input.
The most cost is the custom tooling, not the manufacturing side.

jobcb,, thats good, across the 380 and 550 range.
on my gt, one is fooked, and the other not that good, me was thinking that most of gt's, if not all, was the same as mine, and peeps would wont to put nice new ones on there show room restored bikes.

I was hoping for a bit more interrest, early days yet.

they would be more if on ebay, they like there big slice of bread.
